Kirk Kieffer has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry. Kirk is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Pure Power Contractors since February 2020. Prior to that, they held various positions at Cypress Creek Renewables, including Vice President of Project Management Operations from February 2019 to February 2020, Sr. Director of Project Management from July 2017 to January 2019, and Sr. Project Manager from March 2015 to June 2017. Before joining Cypress Creek Renewables, Kirk was associated with ESA Renewables as the Vice President of Operations from July 2014 to March 2015 and as a Senior Project Manager from May 2013 to July 2014. Kirk also worked as a Project Manager at SEDA Construction Company from February 2005 to August 2008 and as a Project Engineer at Ajax Building Corporation in 2010.

Kirk Kieffer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Dickinson College from 1997 to 2001. Kirk further pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained proficiency in Mandarin Chinese at Beijing Language and Culture University from 2008 to 2009.
