Alan Allman

With almost 40 years experience in both the public and private sectors, Alan has developed a considerable portfolio of skills which he now uses to support organizations in managing change and improving their business performance.

After spending over 30 years in Local and National Government, culminating in a role as Assistant Director at the Department of Health, Alan has since spent time as a Director in the private care sector and running his own consultancy.

Alan has an excellent track record in delivering business growth across SME’s through strong financial planning, successful ICT deployment, performance management and the implementation of international standards.

As a natural collaborator Alan has developed a reputation for building productive working relationships at all levels, both within organizations and with external businesses. He is a firm believer in creating strong partnerships to deliver improved service outcomes.
