Gopal Achary is the Head of Human Resources at Puranik Builders Ltd, a position held since October 2014, where responsibilities include talent management and partnering with business leaders to ensure a robust talent pipeline. Previously, Gopal served as Sr. Manager HR Business Partner, focusing on talent management, performance management systems, and learning and development. Prior experience includes serving as Manager HR at HDIL Venture from December 2007 to October 2014, overseeing talent acquisition and administration. Gopal holds a PGCHRM in Human Resource from XLRI Jamshedpur (2017-2018) and an MBA in HR, Labour Law & Industrial Relations from Berhampur University (2005-2007), along with a certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from CII HR Framework Assessment (ongoing since July 2021).
