Cinthia Packard has an extensive work experience in marketing and revenue operations. Cinthia is currently working at Pura as the Head of Revenue Operations since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Marketing Operations at Pura from November 2021 to April 2023. Before joining Pura, Cinthia worked as a Growth Marketing Manager at Pura from October 2020 to November 2021.
Previously, they worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Nuvi from September 2019 to June 2020, and at JUMP Software from January 2019 to September 2019. Cinthia also gained experience at The Hut Group as the Head of Paid Marketing from July 2018 to January 2019, and as a PPC Manager from March 2018 to July 2018.

Cinthia Packard attended Colorado Mountain College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an associate's degree in General Studies. Cinthia then went on to study at Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications - Public Relations. In addition to their formal education, Cinthia has also obtained several certifications, including being a Facebook Certified Planning Professional from Facebook Blueprint, obtaining this certification in October 2017. Cinthia also holds certifications in Google Analytics, obtained in June 2017, and Google Adwords - Search Advertising, obtained in August 2016.
