Damiane Garcia, MHA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at PUR-FORM since October 2023. Previously, Damiane held the same title at HealthyMD from March 2023 to October 2023 and was the Senior Director of Member Experience at Upside from October 2021 to March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Manager ā€“ Healthcare Operations and Area Manager at Family Tree In-Home Care from 2017 to 2021, an Appraiser at Landmapp Valuation between 2015 and 2017, and Inside Sales Representative at Anda, Inc., from 2014 to 2015. Damiane holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration with a concentration in Management, both from the University of Phoenix.
