Andrés Felipe Roldán Pérez has a range of experience in project management, process analysis, and organizational development. Andrés Felipe started their career at Colcerámica - Organización Corona as an Engineer of Processes. Andrés Felipe was responsible for analyzing methods and times, supporting process improvement through TPM, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies, and coordinating projects for the development of customized products.
Later, Andrés worked at Suramericana as an Organizational Development Analyst, where they contributed to the company's growth by implementing organizational development strategies.
Then, they joined O-I as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, where they focused on managing projects and improving processes to enhance production costs. Andrés Felipe successfully implemented the Total System Cost strategy and achieved savings of $2 million.
After that, Andrés joined Puntos Colombia, where they held multiple roles. As an Analyst of Processes, they were involved in the migration and go-live processes of the company, designing and implementing process improvements. Later, they became the Project Manager and Scrum Master, overseeing various initiatives within the organization.
Throughout their career, Andrés has demonstrated strong project management skills, knowledge of process improvement methodologies, and the ability to drive organizational development.
Andrés Felipe Roldán Pérez obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma Latinoamericana, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Andrés Felipe then pursued further education at Universidad EAFIT in 2014, completing a diploma in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to their Bachelor's degree, they attended Institución Universitaria ITM from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a degree as a Technologist in Industrial Design.
