Rajat Barman is a qualified civil engineer with extensive experience in credit operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Punjab National Bank since July 2015, Rajat Barman specializes in credit operations, planning, and development. Prior to this role, Rajat Barman worked as a Credit Manager at Punj Lloyd Limited from July 2010 to June 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing EPC contracts and agreements, risk evaluations, tender risk assessments, subcontracting activities, quantity surveying, project prolongation analysis, escalation, and final close-out procedures, along with a strong knowledge of commercial claims under FIDIC rules. Rajat Barman holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, obtained in 2010.
