Lee Greenwood serves as Operations Manager at Punch Pubs & Co since August 2021, after a successful tenure as Business Development Manager at Young & Co Brewery, PLC from May 2017 to August 2021. Previously, Lee held the position of Regional Manager at Ei Group from June 2008 to April 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing a 50 pub region, recruitment of operators, driving beer volume, managing investments, and conducting rent reviews. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Massive Pub Co Ltd from April 2002 to June 2008, achieving budget and gross profit targets. Lee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Plymouth and an Award in Multiple Licensed Premises Management from BIIAB, complemented by business studies and English literature education from Churchill Sixth Form and earlier schooling in Weston-Super-Mare.
