Kris R. Hertel is an experienced executive in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Energy at Pumpjack Power, focusing on business development and sales growth in the Oil & Gas and Bitcoin Mining industries. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Sales Officer at Mantis Innovation, where Hertel led the sales organization post-merger of several firms, and President of EMEX, LLC, a prominent energy risk management firm. Kris has also held key positions at North American Power, Circular Energy, Hudson Energy, Direct Energy, TXU Energy, Broadview Security, and Tenneco, contributing to various aspects of sales, marketing, and management across commercial energy markets. Kris holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and has further education from the SMU Cox School of Business.
