Catherine Kraus is an accomplished Agile transformation leader and coach with extensive experience across multiple organizations, including PUMA Group and Siemens Healthineers. Currently serving as the Teamhead of Agile Transformation at PUMA Group, Catherine focuses on developing and implementing Agile strategies, mentoring cross-functional teams, and enhancing Agile practices. Previously, as a Senior Scrum Master, Catherine played a pivotal role in coaching teams and fostering communication within the eCommerce sector. Prior experience includes founding a coaching business, serving as a Senior Strategy Consultant at adidas, where Catherine led change management initiatives, and working as an external consultant at atrain GmbH. Catherine holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and a BA in Political Science and French from the University of Pittsburgh. Key areas of expertise encompass Agile coaching, team management, leadership development, and design thinking.
