Anamika M. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head People & Organisation Partner (Corporate) at PUMA Group since March 2021, after previously holding the position of Lead - People & Organisation Partner. Prior to PUMA, Anamika spent over five years at CEAT Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing HR activities at the plant and leading talent acquisition for management staff. Anamika's earlier career includes roles at SABMiller, ranging from Senior Manager - Sales HR to Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner, where Anamika managed HR services across various regions in India. Anamika began the career as Head HR at Compuage Infocom Ltd. Anamika holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR and Marketing from Andhra University.
