Nabha Tawde is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on rewards and performance management. Currently serving as the Head of Rewards at Puma Energy since August 2018, Nabha has held various roles in global and regional rewards management. Prior to this, Nabha worked at Piramal Enterprises Limited as Manager - HR (Performance & Rewards), where leadership was provided for performance management systems across multiple countries. Nabha's earlier experience includes significant roles at HDFC Life in Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partner capacities, as well as HR Executive positions at Gammon India Ltd and Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Development from the University of Mumbai and a B.Sc in Microbiology from Mithibai College.
