Taylor Ward has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Engagement at PulteGroup, following roles as Sr. Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager for the North Area. Prior to PulteGroup, Taylor held various HR Business Partner positions at The Coca-Cola Company, focusing on supply chain, technical, and procurement sectors. Additional experience includes program management at Goizueta Business School - Executive Education and events coordination with the Georgia Tech Alumni Association. Taylor holds a Master's of Science in Managerial Sciences with a focus on Organizational Change and Human Resource Management from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Event Management from the University of Florida.
