Shannon Pachikara is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at PulteGroup since August 2022, Shannon previously held various leadership roles, including Sales Director. Prior experience includes ten years at Meritage Homes, where Shannon was Area Sales Manager, Regional Marketing Director, and Sr. Marketing Manager. Additionally, Shannon worked at Wynkoop LLC in operations and at The Ryland Group as National Marketing Manager. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Colorado State University Global between 2011 and 2017.
