Howard B. Katz is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in land acquisition and development. Currently serving as Director of Land Acquisition at PulteGroup since October 2023, Katz previously held similar positions at Toll Brothers and NVR, Inc., where responsibilities included negotiation, land analysis, and relationship building with industry stakeholders. Katz's earlier roles encompassed serving as Acquisitions and Development Director at Streetscape Partners, LLC/Michael Harris Homes and various positions at Centex, culminating in the role of VP Strategic Land Acquisition. Katz holds a Master's in Community Planning from the University of Maryland, Baltimore Graduate School and a Bachelor's in Urban Studies from the University of Maryland.
