Carly Harte is an experienced marketing professional with a background in managing marketing and advertising strategies across various segments of the real estate industry. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at PulteGroup since January 2018, Carly oversees branding for multiple home builders including Pulte Homes and Del Webb. Previous roles include Marketing Manager at CalAtlantic Homes, where responsibilities involved managing communities, handling a significant advertising budget, and leading marketing teams. Carly has also gained diverse experience in marketing management across multiple organizations, including Industrial Air Solutions and Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Meredith College, completed in 2009.
