Pat Mcgee has been in the industry since 1990. Pat began their career as a Field Technician at Danka Office Imaging, where they worked until 1998. Pat then moved to Sharp Electronics Corperation as a Senior Quality Engineer, a role they held until 2012. In 2012, Pat moved to Des Plains Office Equipment, where they currently hold the roles of Field Service Manager/Color Specialist/Trainer and Service Manager. In these roles, they manage the field service staff and provides technical, pre-sales, and initial install support to the sales staff. Pat is also a subject matter expert for assigned products and provides post-sales quality assurance and support to the Field [USA] for service and quality issues.

Pat Mcgee has an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tampa Technical Institute. Additionally, Pat has obtained certifications from CompTIA (A+ and PDIA+), University of Wisconsin-Madison (Train the Trainer), and EFI (fiery Certified Professional).
