Çiğdem Arslan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2018. Çiğdem began their career as a Research Assistant at EMU from September 2011 to February 2013. Çiğdem then moved on to Verso Altima Group, where they held the position of Budget and Finance Controlling Management from March 2013 to May 2017. Subsequently, Çiğdem joined BNTPRO Bilgi ve Iletisim Hizmetleri as an Account Manager from May 2015 to May 2018. Currently, they are working at Pulse Secure as a Territory Account Manager starting from June 2018.

Çiğdem Arslan earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the İktisat Fakültesi at Eastern Mediterranean University in 2011. Çiğdem then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in International Finance from the same university, which they completed in 2013. In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained a certification in project management from Yildiz Technical University Business Club in November 2013.
