Arman Fadrilan is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and quality management, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Pulse Biosciences, Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Arman held similar positions at Advanced Clinical and Butterfly Network, Inc., where significant achievements included developing a Change Control Plan process and leading a Change Control Review Board. Arman's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Medtronic, where project management for the Fine Needle Fiducial catheter was a key accomplishment, and as an Engineer at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, contributing to new product introductions. Arman holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University.
