Courtney Chumley, FACPE, serves as the District Chief EMS at the Cy-Fair Fire Department since June 1999, contributing to one of the largest volunteer fire departments in the United States with over 15,000 emergency responses annually. In addition to this role, Courtney is currently a Pulsara Consultant and a member of the Medical Unit Rehab Crew (MURC) team with SETRAC, part of the Texas Emergency Medical Task Force, which focuses on supporting first responders during disasters. Previously, Courtney held the position of Regional Client Development Specialist at Pulsara, enhancing care coordination and patient outcomes through effective client engagement. Educationally, Courtney studied Paramedicine at Houston Community College and holds a diploma from Tomball High School.
