Andrew Smith is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Pulsant since June 2016, Andrew has previously held roles as a Technical Support Engineer at Pulsant and Onyx Group, where Onyx Group was formerly known as Knowledge IT. Andrew began a career in IT with Knowledge IT as a Service Desk Analyst and held the same position at Atos, providing service desk support for the BBC. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Birmingham, earned between 2003 and 2007.
