Karl Swensen has over thirty-eight years of work experience, beginning in 1983 as a Cooperative Student at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. In 1987, they worked as an Intern at BMW, followed by a role as Principal at Kurt Salmon Associates in 1988. In 2001, they became Vice President of Professional Services at SolutiaNet, followed by Director of Consulting at Radiant Systems in 2002. In 2003, they took on the role of Director of Operations at Home Depot, followed by Key Account Director at Oracle Corporation in 2008. In 2010, they became AVP of Cognizant Business Consulting at Cognizant, followed by Associate Partner at Infosys Consulting in 2019. Most recently, in 2021, they became CEO and Cofounder of Pull Logic.

Karl Swensen received their Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a Certificate in German. Karl then attended the Advanced Leadership Executive Program at Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
