Adam Fogleman is currently serving as the County Attorney at Pulaski County Government and is also a Founding Partner & VP at Common Ground Development Co. Adam is dedicated to building communities and town-building through residential construction and place-making. With experience in campaign management, deputy prosecuting attorney, and as an associate attorney, Adam is a skilled professional in the legal field. Adam holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Science degree from Henderson State University.
