Craig Hadfield is an experienced professional in the food service and retail sectors, currently serving as Head of Food Service at Pukka Pies since February 2018, where responsibilities include developing and implementing the foodservice strategy in a challenging market. Prior to this role, Craig was the Commercial Controller for ASDA/ALDI at 2sfg, overseeing a £70m sales budget and managing various functions across multiple production sites. Earlier experience includes serving as Commercial Controller for Tesco at Tulip Ltd, responsible for a sales budget exceeding £100m, and Head of Retail Sales in the pork division at Vion. Craig began a career at Grampian Country Food Group as Senior Account Manager for ASDA, managing a £36m portfolio. Educational background includes attendance at Hartshead High School.
