Valentina Piccoli has a strong background in finance and has held various roles in different companies. Valentina started their career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young in 2004 and worked there until 2006. Valentina then worked as a Business Controller at LVMH from 2006 to 2008. Valentina then joined L'Oréal as a Senior Divisional Controller from 2008 to 2010. Valentina then moved to Kering and worked as a Finance Manager from 2010 to 2012. Their next role was at Reckitt, where they served as a Finance Manager from 2012 to 2014. Most recently, Valentina worked as a Finance Director at Puig starting in 2015.

Valentina Piccoli completed a dual degree in Economics from EM Strasbourg Business School from 2000 to 2004. During the same period, they also pursued a degree in Business Administration, known as Laurea in Economia Aziendale, from Università di Pavia.
