Lisa Baralle currently serves as a Global Demand Planner at Puig, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa worked at L'Oréal from February 2019 to April 2023, initially as a Sales & Operations International Planner for YSL, where responsibilities included managing the Sales and Operation Planning process to ensure product availability and optimize inventory. In another role at L'Oréal, as a Demand & Supply Planner for Travel Retail EMEA, key tasks involved sales forecast management, budget building, risk analysis, and KPI monitoring. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship in customer care within the Supply Chain at L'Oréal and a fixed-term contract in the business cooperation department. Lisa's initial training was at Université de Technologie de Compiègne, where a degree in Engineering studies with a focus on Process engineering was obtained, complemented by an exchange program at Universidad de Zaragoza and a preparatory program at Lycée Michelet.
