Nancy Buonanno Grennan currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director at the Puget Sound Regional Council, a position held since December 2020. Prior to this role, Nancy was the Human Resources Director for Kitsap County from January 2017 to November 2020, overseeing employment programs and benefits. Previous experience includes serving as the Interim Deputy General Manager for Internal & Employee Services at King County Metro Transit and as the Human Resources Director for King County. Nancy also held the position of County Administrator for Kitsap County, managing operations for a workforce of 1,200. Additional roles include Labor Relations Manager at both King County and Kitsap County, as well as a lawyer at Perkins Coie LLP. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Smith College and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Washington School of Law.
