Tom DeBord completed their education at The University of Akron. Tom earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in 1985. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance, completing it in 1992. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Fellow from the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2007.
