Charlie Felstead is a seasoned agricultural professional with a diverse background in farm management and operations. Currently serving as Farm Manager and Field Operations Analyst at Puffin Produce Ltd since February 2022, Charlie previously held the position of Arable Manager at R. E. Evans Farms Ltd and Assistant Farm Manager at Maplestead Hall Farm. An earlier role as Technical Trials Assistant at Bayer Crop Science provided valuable experience during a BSc (Hons) in Applied Farm Management obtained from the Royal Agricultural University. Prior experience includes a three-year tenure as a Farm Operator at Boxted Hall Farm. Educational qualifications also include an Extended Level 3 Diploma in Agriculture from Easton & Otley College.
