Previously, Erlan held the position of Lead Technical System Engineer at Interlaced.io, where responsibilities included Tier 3 support for over 50 companies and automation through scripting. Prior experience includes leading IT operations at Fashion Nova and various roles focused on desktop support across numerous organizations, such as Yamaha Corporation and Apple, where exceptional customer service and technical expertise were consistently demonstrated. Erlan's educational background includes an Associate of Arts in Music Theory and Composition from Fullerton College and a High School Diploma from La Serna High School.
