Michael Ogrydziak has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Michael started their career at Skype in 2005 as an Interaction Designer and Usability Specialist. In 2007, they co-founded Venice Arsenal and served as a Co-Founder for nine months. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Stitcher, initially as an Engineer, then as a Senior Engineer, and eventually as the Director of Engineering.

In 2014, Michael worked as a Software Engineering Consultant under their own company, Michael Ogrydziak. Michael then joined Arta Shipping, Inc. in 2017 as the Head Of Engineering, where they stayed until 2018.

In 2019, they joined Fourpost as the Lead Engineer, responsible for overseeing the engineering operations of the company. In 2020, they became a Founding Engineer at Puck. The specific responsibilities and achievements for each role were not provided.
