Jacqueline Boakye is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the programmatic advertising and customer success sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success EMEA at PubMatic since August 2014, Jacqueline has progressed through several roles, including Regional Vice President and Senior Customer Success Director. Prior to PubMatic, Jacqueline held key positions at Maxifier, Nativ, Videoplaza, and Microsoft, where responsibilities included managing client accounts, optimizing media operations, and providing strategic support to blue-chip clients. Jacqueline holds a Master's degree in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire.
