Robert McGarrity, P.E. currently serves as Vice President of Facilities at Publix Super Markets since April 2012. Prior to that, Robert held the title of Senior Vice President of Development at AG ARMSTRONG DEVELOPMENT from July 2004 to July 2006, and Director of Facilities Management and Construction at the US NAVY CIVIL ENGINEER CORPS from June 2001 to June 2004. With a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering - Construction Management from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Arts in National Security / Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, Robert McGarrity, P.E. brings a strong educational background to their extensive experience in construction and facilities management roles.
