Rob Haswell has extensive experience in technology and leadership roles. Rob started their career as a Developer at Bronco Ltd, where they opened the open-source department and worked on various PHP and MySQL E-commerce systems. Rob also collaborated with the design team to implement their designs using xHTML and CSS 2.

In 2008, Haswell joined The Property Jungle as a Lead Developer, where they maintained and extended their in-house content distribution system. Rob then moved on to ClusterHQ in 2010, initially as a VP Engineering and later as a Founder. At ClusterHQ, they designed core algorithms, guided product decisions, and managed a geographically distributed workforce.

Haswell joined Cloudfind in 2016 and held multiple roles, including VP Engineering, CEO-CTO, and CTO. Rob led the technical team in modernizing a product and implementing microservice development with a service-oriented architecture. Rob also spearheaded the transition to Docker containers on Kubernetes, bringing in a new era of DevOps.

Since 2018, Haswell has been serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Publisher Discovery. In this role, they oversaw the design and construction of a new data storage and processing pipeline, utilizing machine learning models for affiliate marketing and managing diverse sources of information.

Throughout their career, Haswell has demonstrated expertise in technology, leadership, product development, and market validation.
