Mayur Satyavrat serves as the VP & Global Head of Learning, Organization Development, and Talent at Publicis Sapient since February 2023. Previously, Mayur held the position of Chief Learning & Talent Officer at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd from January 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included co-creating talent strategy and managing organizational development initiatives. Mayur has extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, including RBL Bank as Senior Vice President & Head of Learning and Viacom18 Media as Director/VP HR. Additionally, Mayur has contributed to academic institutions as a visiting professor and advisory board member. A doctoral student at the Indian School of Business, Mayur has earned certifications and degrees from several prestigious institutions, highlighting a solid foundation in organizational culture, executive coaching, and strategic management.
