Gianluca Riva is an experienced Global Mobility Manager currently working at Publicis Re:Sources since September 2021, overseeing mobility processes for the Nordics, Benelux, DACH, and Mediterranean countries. Previous roles include Global Mobility Senior Associate for various European regions, Global Mobility Consultant at BGRS, and HR Advisor for Global Mobility at Ricardo. Extensive experience in assignment management, policy design, and vendor management has been developed through positions at Sterling Mobility, Santa Fe Relocation Services, and Lavazza, where Gianluca managed global mobility operations and established new offices in multiple countries. Education includes a degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi, complemented by participation in the Americas Global Mobility Summit.
