Zsofia Komaromi possesses extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Regional Talent Transformation Partner for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region at Publicis Groupe. Previous roles at Publicis Groupe Hungary include Chief Talent Officer, Head of People & Culture, and Head of Talent. Zsofia also has experience as HR Lead at LPP S.A., HR Generalist at EY, and has held positions as Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Associate at Legalis Global. Zsofia is advancing professional qualifications through CIPD training from April 2023 to April 2024 and has completed studies at LABA Hungary in 2021.
