Mariana Aguirre is an experienced business owner and professional in the fields of organic products and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has managed AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Concurrently, since January 2016, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and practicing as a nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana contributed to the education sector as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
