Lauren Karow is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the fitness industry, particularly in Pilates management and instruction. Currently serving as an Assistant Negotiator at ID Media since October 2021, Lauren previously held the position of Pilates Manager at Equinox from December 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included team management and achieving revenue goals. Prior roles include Pilates Instructor and Assistant Manager at CP Burn and instructional positions at Club Pilates and Equinox.
