Isil Teoman has a diverse work experience in the field of cosmetics and chemical products. Isil started their career at SC Johnson in 2002, where they worked as an Assistant Technical Manager, focusing on quality assurance, technical support, and regulatory compliance. Isil then transitioned to the role of Project Manager and Process Development Engineer, where they were responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving production processes. In 2015, Isil joined Albemarle Corporation as a Supervisor of R&D, leading a team of technicians and chemists in analyzing oil samples and managing projects to improve quality and efficiency. Currently, they are working at Lisam Systems as a Cosmetic Safety Consultant, providing regulatory advice and risk assessments for cosmetic products. Isil Teoman has demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, project management, quality improvement, and cross-functional coordination.

Isil Teoman completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Orta DoÄŸu Teknik Ãœniversitesi / Middle East Technical University in 1999. Isil then pursued a Master of Science degree in Polymer Chemistry from the same university, which was completed in 2002. Prior to their university education, Isil attended Buyuk Kolej from 1983 to 1986, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
