Sara Pena is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in external affairs and community outreach. Currently serving as the Director of External Affairs at PSEG since June 2022, Sara has also established significant impact as the Founder and President of the Boys to Leaders Foundation since March 2013. Previously, Sara held the position of Director of the New Jersey Center for Hispanic Policy Research and Development from April 2018 to June 2022 and worked as a Senior Community Outreach Coordinator in the Marketing & Communications Department at University Hospital from May 2015 to April 2018. Educationally, Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from Kean University and a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University - Newark.
