Lesley Graham has extensive experience in recruitment and administration, currently serving as a Capacity Coordinator (Sourcing) and Recruitment Coordinator (Delivery) at Public Sector Resourcing since April 2019. In this role, Lesley assists with capacity management and oversees the onboarding process for new clients. Prior to this, Lesley worked as a Recruitment Coordinator (CWS), managing offer processes, conducting background checks, and resolving queries. Lesley’s earlier career includes roles in payroll and finance at Abacus Careers, branch administration at Orchard Recruitment Ltd, and as a residential support worker at Southern Health & Social Care Trust. Educational credentials include studies at the University of Ulster, Jordanstown, and Carrickfergus Grammar School.
