Heather K. is the Director of Communications at Public Schools First NC. Prior to this, Heather held various leadership roles at MetaMetrics, Inc. from October 2005 to July 2023, including Director of Research and Product Integration. Before that, Heather was an Education Consultant at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. Heather holds a Ph.D. in Educational Measurement from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
