The Program Coordination and Management Team at the Public School Forum of North Carolina oversees the implementation and administration of the organization's various educational initiatives. This multidisciplinary team collaborates to ensure effective program delivery, from afterschool STEM initiatives to resilience and learning projects, and facilitates policy engagement and community outreach efforts to support and enhance North Carolina's public schools.
