Mike Molaro currently serves as the Manager of Member Services at the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) since January 2017. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a Senior Association Manager at Creative Marketing Alliance, where management of daily operations for two professional associations and strategic session design were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as Chapter Engagement Manager at NYSSCPA and Chapter Executive Director at CAI-NJ, where implementation of a new computer system and upgrading membership databases were notable achievements. Mike's extensive career in association management began at CFMA, serving as Director of Chapter Services, where development of key compliance agreements and benchmarking products contributed to organizational success. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
