Mary Rose Santillan has experience working as a Project Development Officer at the Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines since May 2018. Additionally, Mary Rose has a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Marinduque State College.
