Dogeli Rojas is an experienced public health professional currently serving as the Director of Quality and Evaluation at Public Health Solutions since July 2022. In this role, Dogeli Rojas employs mixed-methods strategies for program evaluation projects and collaborates with teams to identify key performance indicators for quality improvement initiatives. Prior to this position, Dogeli Rojas worked as the Director of Health Care Program Planning and Analysis at NYC Health + Hospitals, where the foundational design and implementation of the Maternal Home program were supported. Additional experience includes roles as a Health Care Program Planner/Analyst at the University of South Florida and a Senior Patient Coordinator at Weill Cornell Medicine. Dogeli Rojas began a career in public health as a Community Health Agent with the Peace Corps, demonstrating a strong commitment to health education and support for vulnerable populations. Dogeli Rojas holds a Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The College of Saint Rose.
