Rhonda Coleman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate real estate and facilities management. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Corporate Real Estate at Public Health Management Corporation since August 2013, Rhonda oversees the organization's real estate strategies, managing over 1 million square feet across 100 locations while aligning actions with the nonprofit's mission. Previous roles include positions in corporate real estate and mergers & acquisitions at Bicitis Consulting, facilities planning and construction at the University of Delaware, and a long tenure at Wilmington Trust. Rhonda holds a Master of Public Health Leadership from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Finance from Wilmington University.
