David Rosen is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and political psychology. As the Communications Officer on Regulatory Affairs at Public Citizen, David has spearheaded advocacy efforts and strategic responses to regulatory challenges since 2015. David founded First Person Politics, providing expertise in political psychology, and has delivered keynotes and seminars for various organizations. A former instructor at The Washington Center, David has taught political messaging, while previous roles include placement coordinator at PoliTemps, message associate at Media Matters Action Network, and fundraising manager at the Government Accountability Project. David holds dual Master's degrees in Political Psychology and Political Management from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Tufts University.
