Joshua Preputnik, MBA, is a skilled accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management. Currently serving as Accounting Manager, and previously as Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant at the Public Affairs Council since July 2017, Joshua has demonstrated expertise in fund-level financial statement preparation and reconciliations. Prior experience includes roles at The Carlyle Group as a Staff Accountant, where Joshua managed investment and fund activities using the Investran accounting system, as well as positions at the City of Virginia Beach and the City of Norfolk where responsibilities included general ledger maintenance and budgetary support. Joshua's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from William & Mary and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Christopher Newport University.
